Rowland has delivered results as a constant advocate for clients in the areas of marketing communications, branding, technology, emerging media, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and product and service innovation.

Previously he was senior managing director at RF Binder and senior vice president at Ruder Finn. He holds an M.A. in Philosophy from K.U.Leuven, Belgium, a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and has studied at Oxford University and Whitman College, Washington. He is pro bono senior vice president of communications for MicroCredit Enterprises and serves on the board of Design Green Now.

Duke Sherman is a founder of DMD, and is responsible for the financial and business health of The DMD Network.

As a management consultant, he helps clients achieve long-term value and sets clear project, operations benchmarks. He is responsible for the entrepreneurial success of the network.

Duke has applied the teams in the DMD Network to help clients through organizational structures, change management, supply chain logistics solutions and product and service launches.

Previously, he was a managing director at RF Binder and director at Ruder Finn. He holds a M.B.A from Fordham University and a B.A. from Occidental University in Chemistry and Economics. He is on the board of Design Green Now.
